Deathtouch
Whenever a creature you control with deathtouch deals combat damage to an opponent, you may mill that many cards. Then that opponent loses life equal to the number of creature cards with deathtouch in your graveyard.
Gameplay
You want many creatures with deathtouch, as the game progresses they will be going to the graveyard for multiple reasons, making your remaining creatures a more dangerous threat.
Give first strike or double strike to your creatures to discourage your opponent from blocking them. You can also give them trample so they can damage your opponent anyway.
